All Sales Are Final on Tobacco Products
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, all tobacco products are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Cigarettes
- Cigars
- Pipe tobacco
- Rolling tobacco

- Any other consumable tobacco or nicotine products
Opened or unopened tobacco products cannot be returned or refunded once they have been shipped.
Non-Tobacco Items (Accessories & Merchandise)
Non-tobacco items such as:

- Grinders
- Lighters
- Ashtrays
- Glass, metal, or silicone accessories
- Apparel or branded merchandise
may be eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused
- The item is in original, unopened packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided
Approved returns will be issued as a store credit or refund, at our discretion.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, The Ashtray is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
Return Shipping

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
